I for one have hated the H9 Control user experience from the beginning. Serial # 01277 and 22177.  Basic things like copy/paste requiring too many steps, no right click, drag-n-drop is awkward, always having to goto “More” drop-down to do everything, , presets always saving to the wrong place,…  Such an awesome pedal, such a poor interface.  Just saying.
