        Is the connection protocol for VSIG from the program to the H9000 TCP, or UDP, and is it just Port 9000 that needs to be allowed.

        My use case is to connect VSIG to the H9000 remotely over a VPN and I’m trying to configure the firewalls etc, and not having any luck.

          It’s HTTP (so TCP) over port 9000, but it also uses Bonjour to resolve the H9000’s IP address.

              Thanks, I’ll keep working on it.

              Emote connects fine, it’s just VSIG that isn’t talking to the H9000 over the VPN
