Can’t find exported preset list

      I have my H9 connected to a Mac via USB. In H9 Control I exported a preset list to a folder on the Mac, at least it said exported. But there is no list to import and when I go to the folder on my Mac there is nothing there. Why isn’t it saving the preset list to the Mac. What would the filename and extension be? Thanks

      Can you please let us know which Mac and macOS you use? When you export the preset list (Preset Lists -> More -> Export Preset List), you can name the file. The extension should be .h9z

      I am using a Macbook Pro 2019 with the latest version of Catalina. I will try it again, maybe I missed something in the process. Thanks
