        good morning, i need support for 2 problems encountered with eventide H9.
        the first concerns the stereo output volume, it is always unbalanced on one side (cables verified, listening system verified) especially when there is more attack in the playng.
        the second concerns the update, once launched it tells me that there is not enough space to update …

          Good morning.

          Does your stereo problem occur on all or most presets ? If so, it is probably something in your equipment. Try exchanging the output connections to the H9, and see if it changes sides (or not).

          Have you always had this problem ?

          To understand your update issue, please give the exact text of the message and say exactly when and where you see it.

            Just in case anyone ever stumbles onto this problem again, I just spent 2 hours troubleshooting this issue and turns out theres 3 settings on the H9 you can access with the control app – Go to Pedal settings down the bottom then General settings, then Routing and set to Normal, this makes the pedal standard stereo in stereo out, mine was set to “wet/dry” basically one side being the dry signal and the other side being the wet signal.  Hope this helps even though i’m 4 years late
