Error after update. I can initially connect to h9 in settings but when I open the app(iPad) I get “Failed to retrieve stomp box protocol!”.
I have done the factory reset, and after the init screen it shows BT E2
Any other options?
Bad news, I’m afraid. BT E2 is a failed selftest, which means there is a hardware issue. Probably a bad chip or internal connection.
