never occured to me the H9 I purchased (used) was previously registered until I tried to register it. now the control software will not connect without being registered. what now?
Please contact support@eventide.com and provide a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the pedal for verification. We can then deregister it for you.
the tag on the bottom of the stompbox was removed when the velcro was taken off ( I am assuming, I had to scrape a small piece of it off that was next to where the serial label was). so all I have is a picture of the box and stopmbox display number.
Ok, the pedal has been deregistered. I deleted the images you uploaded since they should not be publicly displayed. The images should be sent privately for our verification.
