When looking at the way the hot switches work, I made his discovery that if you engage hotswitch 1, and then engage hotswitch 2 it cancel out the settings engaged with hotswitch 1, and vice versa. Is this the way it is supposed to work?

I get this in all algorithms I’ve tested. And it also was like this in the previous firmware. Tested with both midi and external foot switches.

        Regards

        Tony

Yes, the hotswitches are mutually-exclusive.  Selecting one toggles the other off, as it ‘can be’ a combination of parameters from both Presets.  It doesn’t ‘have’ to be, but it is a Program-level command.

Something cool, though, is that Performance Parameters persist.  That is, you can latch them on & off, independently of hotswitch actions.

For example, a Performance Parameter specific to Polyphony, like FREEZE, remains active through the hotswitch toggling.

Cool, thanks. I’ll Check out the performance parameters to see if they are better suited.
