Glad you’ve picked up on this fun little trick – sometimes the right tool for editing a sigfile is in fact a plain text editor.
Many text editors also have a multi-line edit function. For example, in Xcode if you hold control + shift and press the up or down arrows you can select and then edit multiple lines at once. That can make bulk editing a sigfile as text much much faster.
