Please correct me if I’m wrong but it looks like when I save a program which contains a preset which I’ve modified, those changed values are not saved.

When saving a Program, the H90 snapshots the settings across P, A, and B. However, this does NOT automatically create presets with the same settings. If you want to use these preset settings for building or including them in other Programs we must store the algorithm presets independently to the internal library.

thank you for confirming Joe, it makes sense: the program saves the presets it contains so if you want to save the program you must save the preset(s) within it first.
However it would be useful if the H90 would warn you when you’re leaving a program where you’ve done some tweaking or at least have such an option offered in the settings.

the program saves the presets it contains so if you want to save the program you must save the preset(s) within it first.

This is partially correct. The Program stores all settings including settings made to the individual presets. But if you want to make these preset changes discoverable in the preset library you have to manually store these as individual presets.

However it would be useful if the H90 would warn you when you’re leaving a program where you’ve done some tweaking or at least have such an option offered in the settings.

Any time you see an asterisk next to the Program name this indicates a change to one of the settings in P, A, or B has been made, and it’s your sign you need to save the Program before navigating away.
