I just sold my H90 and went to My Account to de-register it
However, it does not show up there – only plug-ins I’ve purchased
Any help would be appreciated

This only means it was not registered. I cannot find any record of a registration under your username. What is the serial?
Can I DM you somehow? I do not want to put my email address up in a forum
Perhaps I previously de-registered it when I tried selling it a few months ago
