picked up an H9 core from an estate sale. It appears to have been maxed (it says Max on power up). From my understanding the only way to use the Control App is to reset the unit which will lose the Max. i dont have any info on the original owner or the account used so this unit is registered to an unknown account. What do i do?
Nice estate sale find! If the unit is MaxedOut, it will remain a Max unit indefinitely.
Please contact support@eventide.com and provide a picture of the unit’s serial number. We can then deregister the pedal from the previous account and you’ll be all set to use it.
