I just had a big problem with the H90 Control, all the presets and algorythm were completely deleted for no reasons. I think the bug come from the software, maybe it’s because of the last update.
Eventide is aware of this issue and is asking anyone experiencing this to email support@eventide.com directly. We are working with users to find the solution. Sorry for this inconvenience, but thank you for coming to the forums for help.
