Note this is a Connect failure. I can Add the device fine but the act of connecting fails now.

I’m wondering if anyone else has seen this as it seems to be new behavior to me. It did work at some point however, now I’m failing to connect via bluetooth (usb is fine). Am currently running a MacBook Pro M1 (Sonoma 14.3.1) and for some reason I error out now during the connect process ~20% (get system settings) into connections. I’m running the latest versions:

      1.75.29 on H90

      1.76 on ‘H90 Control app’

Been through Forget device, reboot, remove, check Midi settings and remove if possible, in short ensuring that the bluetooth and possible midi device settings were removed ala fresh setup environment. Still it fails. see attached image

Going to reach out to support but thought I’d drop this here for any wisdom and/or insight

      Hello,

Just to confirm, have you followed the instructions to forgot the computer from the H90’s settings, as well as forgetting the H90 from the computers Bluetooth settings? You must forget the devices from both ends: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.7.5/content/system-menu/bluetooth.html#macos-connection

Also, please try click the “X” to delete the H90 from H90 Control, and then readd it by clicking “Add device”.
