Saturate installer doesn’t install anything?

I’m running Reaper on Windows 10.

Reaper is configured to scan for plugins in the following folders:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\VstPlugins;

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3;

If I try to install only the VST2 version, the installer targets C:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\VST2\Newfangled Audio. However after it has completed, no such folder exists.

If I try to install the VST3 version, the destination folder screen in the installer is blank. Hitting Next goes straight to the Finish dialog, but nothing has been installed.

I have the Ultrachannel plugin installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3\Eventide. This works great. If possible I’d like to get Saturate VST3 installed here as well

So I managed to get the VST2 version installed. However I’d like to get the VST3 version but the screen that allows to specify the destination folder is blank

I think my initial problem was that the installer was defaulting to C:\Program Files\Common File and not C:\Program Files (x86)\Common File where Reaper was looking.

I’ve also managed to get Equivocate VST2 installed successfully (but same issue trying the VST3 install) so now I’m up and running I’ll just stick with the VST2 versions and leave the VST3 conundrum for another day.

Check that the installer target directory is on the list being scanned by your DAW. This was the issue for me, I didn’t notice the installer was targeting C:\Program Files\Common File and not C:\Program Files (x86)\Common File.

Can’t help with the VST3, I couldn’t get that one to install so just running with the VST atm
