Hopefully someone can assist me – I’m attempting to register a used H90, which currently is registered to a previous owner, whom I do not know (and therefore cannot ask to de-register the unit).
I’ve followed the instructions on the Eventide site – photo of serial number and emailed support@eventide.com, as suggested – but this email keeps getting returned saying that the ‘support’ address does not exist. I’ve tried from multiple email addresses, with and without the attachment and still no joy.
What do I do? Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get through to support?
