I just spent some time trying to recreate this kind of effect with PolySynth and UltraTap. It’s not quite the same, there is no auto latch or glide, but this can achieve a similar effect if you freeze a chord with PolySynth, then play another chord, then un-freeze and freeze again while that chord rings out. That sort of gives the morphing/glide effect.
