Anything cooking over at the brain trust in Little Ferry? How are we looking timewise for a release? Just asking.

      Very disappointing isn’t it

even the H90 gets new algos and I thought the whole idea of the 9000 architecture was that things were going to be easy to port.

for a flagship the roadmap has been completely opaque and fairly lackluster

      Hey there,

Sorry for the late response, I have been away and I’m usually the main person at Eventide to monitor this forum.

We are doing our best to be transparent when it comes to a schedule/roadmap, but due to having a small team it is difficult to lock down specific dates and features, therefore, we cannot promise a certain feature on a certain date.

I can say that we are currently working on a big update that will be released soon. I have confirmed in another post that we will be including 96k for all algorithms so I’ll repeat that here for anyone who missed that.

Stay tuned and thanks for your patience and support.

Thanks! Do you know if Eventide is still considering making a preamp expansion card for the H9000? It was mentioned a couple years ago but not sure if that went anywhere.

Couple snags I hit in updating windows 10:

Do not try and install new Emote with Emote open, it’ll fail (some installers give you a choice of closing the application, this just fails)

Do not try and launch new Emote with H9000 running. For me it required a restart. Emote opened and instantly crashed.

Could you please email support@eventideaudio.com with the crash report from Emote? That shouldn’t be happening. You should be able to install/open newer versions of Emote while your H9000 is running.
