Is it the effects in the H90 that sound different? Or the others pedals? Do you have the same issue if the H90 is bypassed?  In all of the bypass modes?

It may be best to systematically (one at a time) remove the other pedals from your chain to determine what the actual source of the issue is; it also sounds like you may need to adjust the IO levels of your H90 to deliver enough signal to the pedals that follow it.  Are your IOs perhaps still set to guitar level?
