I’ve found that factory presets are exported to the computer without any problems, but the presets that I made myself give the above-mentioned error.
It seems to be exported from the library too.
But not directly from the loaded Program. At the same time, the programs themselves are exported completely normally.
Sorry for the issues you are having. This happens when you try to export a Preset that has not been saved to the library. Please click the 3-dot icon for the Preset, select “Save to Library”, and then try the export again.
