This assumes you meant Programs and not individual algorithm presets. On H90 Control, select any position along the Playlist you wish to import a program. To the left of the position number you will see three dots. Click on them and you’ll have the option to import your program. For importing an individual algorithm preset, you need to be in the Preset Library tab of a Program. Similarly, when you click on the preset library list you’ll find the three dots again.
