H90 and recovery mode

  I would like to know if other people have had or are having problems with the recovery mode of the H90 (the combination of buttons to trigger it does not work while the other combinations work as well as the individual buttons)

  You only need to access Recovery Mode for updating your unit in certain situations, are you having an issue where you think you’ll need Recovery Mode?
  
  You need to make sure you are pressing and holding the Select, Perform, and Quick Knob 1 buttons while you plug the power into the pedal, and hold them for a few seconds. You should then see the H90 screen display “Recovery Mode”.
  
  If you are still having issues, please email support@eventideaudio.com with a video that demonstrates the issue you are having.
