This depends on a lot of things, like which effects are being used as the insert and where the insert is placed in the signal path of the H90.
If you are using a delay or reverb effect as your insert, and your dry signal is already present using the H90’s Program or algorithm mix parameters, then yes, you can turn kill dry on so you only get the wet signal from the insert.
