First, please confirm that the plugin is authorized. You can check this in the iLok License Manager.

Once the plug-in is authorized (if it wasn’t already) please try the following steps:

1. Go to the Plug-in Manager, highlight the plug-in, and select “Reset and Rescan Selection”
2. If validation fails, copy the output of the validation window and send it to us
3. If validation succeeds, the plugin should be available for use
