Features/Improvements

Add support for all dot9 stompboxes (preset management, parameter editing, and firmware updates)
Increase character limit for program notes and adjust the "Programs" tab program overview panel to accommodate longer notes.
Add a prompt to warn users about unsaved program changes if they try to load a different program. This warning can be disabled by clicking the "Don't ask again?" checkbox, and it can be reenabled by restoring default settings on the "Settings" page.
Improve external mapping popup position above/below parameter
