Sorry to hear about your issue. The FactorLib program is a Public Beta and there may be issues like this which will be addressed for the production release.
For now, why not keep the number of banks at 50 while dumping from the TimeFactor. You could arrange the dumped presets into a new bank of only 20 to dump them back. Would that help?
