Update utility doesn't work on my PC whereas both MIDI saving & loading will.
Have tried all tips & hints & FAQs, like powering up while pressing mid footswitch to be in UPDATE mode, or changing the USB cable/port, but it gives nothing. My device isn't detected. 
What's next ?
