Thanks for the additional information. The setup will work fine.
I would suggest connecting both outputs 1-2 of the H90 to your audio interface to take advantage of the H90’s stereo effects. If you just connect output 1, it will be in mono.
That volume pedal work fine, you will just connect the expression output to one of the H90’s exp pedal inputs, and then map that expression pedal to control the H90’s output gain.
