Hi-
Sorry to hear that this issue is happening in Mixbus. Does this message occur when Mixbus attempts to scan the plug-in, or when you try to load the plug-in?
Best,
Tom

Yesterday I’ve had the same problem, same error message. This message occures after scanning for new plugins in Mixbus. I dropped a message at the harrison mixbus forum regarding this issue.

Hi-
I have no problems loading 2016 Stereo Room in MixBus here, version 3.7.20. Can you confirm that you have the plug-ins successfully activated in iLok License Manager, and that both iLok License Manager and 2016 are the newest versions?

Hi-
What is the exact issue you are having? Is it the '[ERROR]: Cannot get I/O configuration info for AU 2016 Stereo Room' message, are the plug-ins not showing up at all, etc?

The real culprit is “Internationalisation” which is On by default.
In Mixbus, go to the menu Mixbus > Preferences, then General > Translation. Turn off āUse translationsā. Restart. The AU as well as the VST load fine.
