        Hi!

        I'm the proud ownser of a Timefactor and i've just bought an eventide Space (2nd hand, third actually)

        My problem is the product is already registered, I've already contacted the support but i've no anwser at all.

        Can anyone help me to fix this?

          Hi Vincent, did you email support@eventide.com?  Is it possible our reply went into your spam folder?  Please email again.  If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please call us and ask for me.
