      This is my first time having an issue updating. Im using Emote to update. Im getting to 4% then Im getting this message in the pick I will post.

      My Emote is communicating with the H9000. But can’t get the update to go…eventide

      What version of emote?

      Use the old version of emote to update the H9000, and then update emote.

      Use cabled networking if at all possible

      i tried with the old version of emote. Then i tried the new version and I got the same message.I could use a network cable but im trying to figure out what’s going on. maybe its eventides server but i don’t think so. going to try again today. thanks for your response

      midi does’nt work with cubase 12 pro, reaper. the old version of the firmware works with midi as expected.

      the issue with frequency shifter still not fixed(((

      Sorry for the issues you are having. This seems like some sort of network error. How are you connected to the H9000? Can you please try a wired ethernet connection and let me know if that works?

      Can you be more specific? I just did a quick test and I am able to send MIDI CCs from Reaper to the H9000 over USB and MIDI.

      I’m sorry, I’m not sure what issue you are referring to. Please provide some more information.

        hello, I just wanted to give you an update (no pun intended) I was able to update with a ethernet connection.. Thank you for the update

      hi!

      1. issue with midi:
      i’ve got h9000r. the device was connected by ethernet. i use macos big sur.

      this simple event with controller changes in cubase 12 pro was worked perfectly with old firmware.
      after i have updated firmware this event stopped working.

      2. issue with frequency shift:
      try my simple algo and watch the level of channel with frequency shifter drops significantly within 10-15 minutes. this makes it impossible to work with long projects using this algorithm.
