        I just purchased the Flange algorhythm thru apple pay , but it is blacked out and wont open on my H9

        Am I missing a step ?

          Is your H9 software recent ? If not, update it.

            Do you have a receipt from Apple? I don't see this purchase came through in our database. Are you using this Eventide account which is registered to your H9?

                Do you have a receipt from Apple? I don’t see this purchase came through in our database. Are you using this Eventide account which is registered to your H9?

                 

                I see the receipt in my  itunes  in`app purchase oin itunes store for $21.26
