      Hello Sully,

Yes, you can download the preset from this thread and install it in your Venue console. You’ll have to go into the Windows boot for this and place it in 1 of 2 directories. Either the ‘c:Program FilesDigidesignDAEPlug-In SettingsFactory’ directory or the ‘c:Program FilesCommon FilesDigidesignDAEPlug-In SettingsFactory’ directory.

Once it’s in there the Factory plug-in should be able to see it.

Let me know if this answers your question.

      Thanks,
      Dan

      Hi Dan, All,

I am a product specialist with Digidesign for Live Sound. If you are wanting to use this file with your DShow system, you need to place it in this directory. (The file structure is incorrect on the previous post.)

      D:User Data/D-Show/User Data/Effect Presets/Factory Presets/Factory/

If you download this file with a Mac, simply drag it onto a usb drive, plug into D-Show, Open the file with notepad. Save as 975-231 MICROPITCHSHIFT.tfx into the correct file structure listed above. (The file will think it is a text and will not work if you do not take the .txt off the end of the file.)

Hope this helps. Take care. JP

Just wanted to make sure I’ve got this correct. When you save the file do you save it as 975-231 MICROPITCHSHIFT.tfx or leave the tfx. off at the end.

      Hi Eddie,

You leave the .tfx on the end of the filename.

      Thanks,
      Dan
