        I have a problem with the control app.

        Assigning parameters to the H9’S X, Y, and Z switches works on my IPad but not on the IPhone 13.

        On the IPhone the app crashes if i double click on its rotary knob.

          Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. I am also experiencing the same issue on my iPhone. We are taking a closer look at the problem. For now, it is possible to map XYZ values using the front panel of the H9.

              Hi guys, identical issue here in 2025: the app crashes on my iPhone 15 Pro Max with iOS18.3.2 but not on my 2014 Ipad Air 2 with iOS 15

              any solutions?
