First, please confirm that the plugin is authorized. You can check this in the iLok License Manager.
Once the plug-in is authorized (if it wasn’t already) please try the following steps:
- Go to the Plug-in Manager, highlight the plug-in, and select “Reset and Rescan Selection”
- If validation fails, copy the output of the validation window and send it to us
- If validation succeeds, the plugin should be available for use
