Bug Report – H90 not loading all Programs from backup

Hi, just wanted to report that i loaded an exported programme onto the H90 via bluetooth and it didn’t get all the programs in…

tried exporting and importing a few times and skipped loading the last 2 programs or so most of the times. (so it doesnt happen always)

first time it happened was over bluetooth but happens also via USB. (Actually via usb sometimes the unit and H90 control just froze).

Can you please email support@eventide.com with one of your backup files so I can try to reproduce this? That would help us troubleshoot the issue.
