BYPASS problem

      Hi !

      I can't assign the global bypass function to any Externals. I mean… of course i can assign it but it doesn't work even when the MONITOR is showing how my latch-switch is going ON and OFF in EXTERNALS menu. I've tried with momentary switches as well. I've also tried with different externals Every other parameter in the eclipse can be controled remotely in my unit: via MIDI CC or the pedals connectors in the rear, but I can't make it work with the GLOBAL BYPASS which I got it set as RELAY BAYPASS. (It works just fine bypassing FXA or FXB but not the global bypass). Can anybody help. please?

       Hi

      which OS version is your unit running on?

      Which footswitch are you using? Passive ones are recommended vs. battery powered.

      hello,

      last week i updated to 3.5 and I've tried all kind of switches (active, passive, momentary, latch, shortcircuit-ing the tip to the ground…) I think the footswitch is not a problem, because the ECLIPSE reads pefectly the status ON/OFF of the external switch.

       Hi

      In the current OS version 3.5 the System Bypass is broken. I have 3.5B2  on my unitand the problem is fixed, along with some other cool functions in the MIDI CC area.

      It will be released shortly, as stated in another post today.

      Does global bypass work in version 3.1?

      I don't know. I've just tried the global bypass in the current 3.5 version.

      Any word on the 3.5B2 release?  I had to switch back to 3.1 because I have to have global bypass that I can switch from my GCP.
