can i upgarde to anthology 2 for $429?

  i already own eventide band delays which was baught three years back ,and recently got omnipresser promo which came with massive pack 7.on the ilok account its says

  do i qualify for $429 upgrade to anthology 2 bundle since i own two enentide plugs,and both cant be used since i moved on intel mac and protools 8.
  
  and also need to know whether all plugs in anthology 2 are compatable with protools 8 on intel macpro?
