I've tried a number of times now to connect (download) updates with the Update utility but no joy. It always times out with the message:
"Unable to login"
"Please check your username and password…."
I'm entering the correct details as I'm logging in here okay…
I'm wondering if my login name (which includes a ":") could be causing the error?
(The unit is registered)
