Cannot Register H90

I cannot create an account to register my new H90. When I press/select the register option, nothing happens. I have tried several different browsers, and different versions of MacOS, with no success. The action buttons seemingly do not respond.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi there, we were having some technical issues with our web services but functionality has been restored, you should be able to register now without a problem. Sorry for the inconvenience

Great, I was able to subscribe, but now when I try to update the firmware on my pedal, I get this message. Please advise

When I tried to register a message said ‘already registered to another user’. It was a brand new pedal.

Hello, i have purchased a TriceraChorus as B-Stock at Thomann, and can’t register it as it is already registered to the first buyer.
