I'm not sure, but am looking into it. Can you contact support@eventide.com with your serial number, key code, eventide.com account name, and ilok.com account name?
I also wanted to remind anyone that may still be having the issue that the demo is a 30-day, fully functional deal, which will do until you can get any activation/registration issues ironed out–which Eventide seems to have done.
The activated version seamlessly worked in place of the demo on saved projects, no worries.
