when I click on “my profil” I can’t add my ilok account or my name, the apply button stays grey and can’t be clicked.

Sorry for the late response, are you still have issues syncing your iLok account to your Eventide account?

            Hi,

I am having the same problem, not sure if you managed to sort this out for the OP?

Can you be more specific with what is happening? If you go to your profile page, you should be able to enter an iLok account into the field and then click “Apply Changes”. What is happening when you try this? https://www.eventideaudio.com/my-account/

                Hi,

It’s like the ‘apply changes’ button isn’t a clickable object. I add my ilok account details to the field with no problem but clicking the red ‘apply changes’ button doesn’t have any effect at all, normally with these things you can see the click has been registered because the cursor spins or the page refreshes but none of this happens. if I refresh the page or log out and back in there is no ilok information saved.

Whilst I typing this I had a thought it might be a browser issue (I am using Chrome). I just tried logging in through Edge and the button seems to work. Therefore I think it might be a Chrome-specific issue. It’s solved for me now though, cheers.

Thanks for the follow up, glad to hear you got it working!
