Hi, subject says it all. I have sent the photo of the serial number and my account name to Eventide 2 weeks ago, but no reaction yet. I tried to reach the seller of the H9 so that he can de-authorize, but no avail.
When you reached out to Support, did you get a confirmation email that your request was received? If not, it’s possible the message did not get through. Please contact support@eventideaudio.com and make sure you get that confirmation. They can easily resolve this.
