        Hey there,

I can’t install my Saturate software. I did the iLok license pairing, downloaded the window file, started the wizard, it’s said the installation is finished yet the selected folder is empty. I tried to leave the default folder but still nothing. What did I wrong?

        Thanks for your replies.

Sorry for the issues you are having.

Is the VST3 folder empty as well? Have you tried running the installer again?

Yes, VTS3 folder is empty and I tried to redowload the file, restart the computer, reinstall the software, but nothing.

Can I download a previous version somewhere?

Can you please try running the uninstaller, and then installing it again?

The uninstaller can be found at Start Menu->Control Panel->Programs and Features->Uninstall a Program

                    Hello, I’m back from sleeping.

Good news, the last method worked!

                    Thanks for helping me!

I don’t know why uninstalling from control panel worked but it did. Thanks.

Glad to hear that worked! It sounds like the installer was in a bad state and needed a full uninstall to be able to work properly.
