ParticipantThanks. Glad to hear you made your way to our forums and had no problems logging in and posting. It's been pretty quiet since we launched the new site yesterday afternoon, and it made me wonder if something was wrong.

GuestBug Report:
All posts in a thread are showing the same time/date stamp as the OP. New posts look like old news.
iPhone 5S, iOS 7.0.3 (I think?), Safari browser. -

GuestLooked great until I posted (above), but now posts display as in the attached screenshot. Did something change? I generally prefer ‘desktop’ layouts, even on a mobile device.
Horizontal view looks better.

GuestThis is how it looked before (still does when navigating back from bookmark). I much prefer this layout. Not a fan of mobile layouts that don’t work.

GuestAlso, refreshing a sub-forum or thread sends me back to the top-level forum page that lists the sub-forums.

ParticipantMust say, I agree the mobile skin could do with some tweaking… Longer posts are hard to read due to the aviator and white space on the right taking up half the screen (iPhone 6 -Safari)

ParticipantExample of a longer post being difficult to read …. Short posts look great.

We're going to add one… No one thought about that before launching the new site…

MemberWhile I was a bit miffed that I had to reset my Cookie Monster avatar, I’m more troubled by the fact that when I check my registered products, either at my profile page or in the H9 Control, I get the following error message: “Could not connect to Eventide’s web services. It’s not possible to show your registered products at this time. For further assistance, please contact Eventide support at support@eventide.com.”

Eventide supportThere seems to be a problem at the moment with Eventide's internal network. I emailed one of our system admins to ask if he's doing something at the moment.
On the bright side our new website is now in Amazon’s cloud. If this had happened while we had still been running the old website, you wouldn’t have been able to reach the site at all.

MemberThanks, GKellum. All appears normal now and I see all my Factors/H9 with algorithms so I can breath easy. However, is there a reason why “unregister” is not an option for my H9 in my products list? Not that I would ever sell it, I’m just curious. Also, how does one make a paragraph break in this new formum? I keep hitting enter but the cursor never moves to a new line? Dig the updated Web site and love your products!

MemberWell, I answered my own question about the missing deregister option: it is done through the H9 Control. Duh! But what about the paragraph breaks? Cookie likes your new Web site and products too.

ParticipantThanks for all of the excellent feedback. We have been hard at work ironing out some of the inevitable problems with launching a new site and we greatly appreciate your patience. Now that we have a strong foundation we can begin to make some of the improvements you all have been asking for — and we've been wanting to make — for a long time. Stay tuned and keep the feedback and ideas coming.

ParticipantHi All,
We should have the certificate warning in Firefox issue resolved. Please advise if you're still running into problems.

ParticipantFYI, our next push will include fixes for the mobile display of forums. It should also fix the strange way that blockquotes appear.

ParticipantI cannot quote messages from previous posts now?
Also still no edit function. Have to be really careful that I don’t make any spelling mistakes in my post since I cannot edit my post afterwards. But this is in the maing according to Glenn.

ParticipantHi All,
Just wanted to follow up on this post to let you know that we launched a new feature to allow you to edit your own forum posts and we also created a forum for website announcements and your feedback on the site.
We do plan to work on a quote feature as well as a "like" feature and more granular notification options. Stay tuned!

MemberWhy… is… the… new… Web… site… so… painfully… slow… at… times?! I have a 10 Mbit/s connection with a fast machine; while the slowness is sporadic (but still painful), it happens in IE10/11, Chrome and Firefox which leads me to believe it’s on the Amazon hosting end. And why can’t I still have paragraph breaks in my posts via the good ol’ <ENTER> key?!
