I don’t know any way of doing this. The new format is .json (from memory, or it may be xml) in a wrapper with checksums, not sysex.
Your best bet would be to either note down settings and reprogram, or to somehow extract from the sysex, if you know the sysex byte order.
If you can decode the sysex and work out how to generate the checksum, and the underlying algorithms are on the H9000, it would theoretically be possible to build a conversion tool, but this tool doesn’t currently exist.
