Coordinating PitchFactor presets with H9 editor

I am attempting to play through all of the presets in the PitchFactor while using the H9 editing software. I have printed out the list of presets for reference, but when I use the editing software, I can’t find this list, nor can I conveniently scroll through the presets. If I click on “Presets” at the bottom of the editing screen, I see all manner of ways of sorting through the presets, but no listing that corresponds with the preset list. If I click on “Preset Lists,” they are all blank. What am I missing?

In the Preset Lists tab, do you have a PitchFactor Pedal icon, directly in-line with the Source tab?  It should be right under the Computer icon, assuming your USB connection is functioning properly.

Yes I do, Brock! And when I click on that icon, lo! the presets appear! I never tried that – there were no directions that I saw anywhere that mentioned that – and I assumed that, since I was working on my computer, the computer icon was the one to be activated. Thank you for that rapid reply.
