Copying Factory preset, and trouble loading

So,

I've copied Factory Preset # 274 over to User Preset 001.
All is well until I hit "load" (at 001), that is where I receive an error message stating that it cannot load this preset.

What might be going on?

The copy process was smooth, and it showed me that this Preset was copied over successfully, even with the same name.

Any thoughts?

 This suggests there may be an issue with this method of preset copying – we'll look into it. Please say what OS version you are using.

In the meantime, use [SAVE AS] to copy a single preset.

Indeed, there is an issue with the latest version as tested today with an Eventide Support person.
It appears the "Save As" function works well and without problem, but the "copy" function in Utility does not. This is concerning to me because the Multi Patch Copy option would likely yield the same problem and this is supposed to be one of the highlights of the current product.

I hope Eventide fixes this for the next Software Version release.
