corrupt downloads

      I was trying to install plugins on my new macbook pro. The newfangled bundle and 2016 stereo room both mount with strange names and when I try to access them it says “The operation can’t be completed because one or more required items can’t be found. (Error code -43)”

      Is this an issue with Sierra’s new file system or what?

      Hi-

      Are you using Sierra, or High Sierra? (I ask because High Sierra was the OS that introduced the new file system). In any case, we have not encountered this problem on either of those OSes.

      Please try the following:

      1) Eject all mounted drives (under "Devices" in the Finder window)

      2) Log out

      3) Restart and log back in

      4) Re-run installers

      If you still have issues, please let me know.
