Sorry you’re experiencing an issue. Need more information. Are you saying the factory programs are gone or just programs you customized?
Can you check to see if they appear directly on the pedal? In an early version of the firmware it helped to change to a different list and come back to the one you’re working on for programs to reappear.
This just happened to me as well. Played last night, everything was there. Turned the H90 on tonight and it seems to have reset itself. All my settings, presets, preferences gone. Back to factory settings. It was unplugged and no one else has touched it.
