Eclipse encoder

Hey

I have an Eclipse with a bad encoder. I might get it repaired in my hometown but I’d like to know:

What kind of encoder is it – optical, electric, whizza-ba-ying?

Is it a complicated repair in terms of getting access to the encoder and obtaining any replacement parts?

Part numbers and makes would be awesome.

You should contact support@eventide.com to order a new part. It is electro-mechanical in nature.

A competent technician should be able to replace it in about an hour.
